There is no electronic payment facility on this site, but you can place orders for payment by cheque, but we hope you will prefer to discuss your requirements to ensure our optimum personal service to you.

Orders can be placed with an order number, by telephone to 01795-474-700, or fax to 01795-438-901 or by e-mail or mail. Most popular items are on stock or short delivery time. STE UK Ltd will advise on current stock levels and delivery times before acknowledgment of order. You can save and print out your basket to help with budgeting.

Delivery charges
Delivery is free for orders over £1000 and microscope orders over £100. Standard delivery charge rates for other items are indicated on this site. Where possible we will minimise charges by appropriate packaging and depatch methods. Actual charges are indicated on the final invoice. Where deliveries are split other than at your request, only one delivery charge will be made.

Credit terms
For private schools and commercial sales please complete and return the Credit request Form on the Terms and Conditions page or call the Sales Office.

Overseas ordering
